Junior Chess Clubs
For any juniors aspiring to improve rapidly, consider joining my squad of junior champions. We meet at Ferntree Gully Library or Doncaster / Forest Hill Pancake Parlour.So mum and dad can drop you at the chess club for a few hours before watching a movie at Hoyts Cinema ( a few metres away ) or perhaps get that shopping out of the way before grabbing a coffee at Gloria Jeans in the food court. It's all under one roof.A new club has also opened in Wantirna.During school holidays the premises are also used for advanced 'Holiday Programs'...always book early to avoid disappointment.
Members of these clubs enjoy the benefits of being able to borrow from a vast array of books and videos, absolutely FREE!

For example, we cover many opening traps which provides the junior with a healthy respect for development, time and space. Of course, not all opponents fall over quite so easily...for them we work on middle-game tactics & develop a more scientific understanding of middle-game and endgame strategies.
